Waterfowl hunting is controlled by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service and season dates are controlled by the Pennsylvania Game
Commission. These will vary from year to year.

You
need to bring proof of ID, PA hunting license, PA Migratory Bird
Hunting permit, Federal Duck Stamp, guns and ammo, comfortable
clothing and lunch.
