Sarah Elder / Office Manager

Sarah, Chuck's wife, is the Office Manager for JCO. 
A self proclaimed "geek", Sarah takes care of
all the paperwork and computer issues for JCO. 
You will more than likely talk to her during the
hunting seasons if you call the office. 
Sarah is a Registered Sleep Therapist and loves to fish and
raise chickens.  She's not too bad with a shotgun either!

Bill "Willy" Kaufell / Guide

"Willy" is an adept waterfowler and just a fun guy to be around. 
He has an energy and wit about him that was one of the primary
factors in his selection to guide for JCO.
Bill is married with 3 daughters and he is a Sound Engineer in his "real job".
Bill keeps tabs on the Lower Juniata River, and
parts of the Susquehanna for bird activity.

Phil "Bones" Sauger / Guide

"Bones" is our eyes and ears in the Lebanon County area near
The Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area. 
Phil guides for Canadas and Snows and has become very proficient
at the Snow Goose hunting - a game not easily learned. 
Phil is single and works as a Logistics Technician as a full time vocation.
Bones will talk your ear off about two of his other outdoor pursuits;
Archery Deer Hunting and Striper Fishing.

Tom "Iceman" Yocum / Guide

Tom is an avid outdoorsman and waterfowler and enjoys
everything from Archery hunting for Whitetails to Ice fishing.
His favorite activity is pursuing the ducks and geese in the
streams, ponds, wetlands and tributaries that make up
the Juniata River drainage in the central part of the state.
When not hunting or working as a professional in the
environmental field, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife
and two daughters.

Damian "The Czar" Kuzmin / Guide

Damian is an avid outdoorsman. He spends his summers
fishing Lake Erie, his falls chasing waterfowl from layout boat
hunting , carving decoys to field hunting for geese and ducks.
 Damian’s passion has been wind, waves and waterfowl since birth his father says. He is co-owner of Deadly Decoys Inc. and Rapid Mold Solutions Inc. He has been married for 24 years and blessed with three children,
whom you guessed it love the three “W”’s
He guides for Snow Geese in PA and MO.

Adam "Coots" Driscoll / Guide

Adam has a true passion for the outdoors in general
and waterfowl in particular.  Ever since that first
Greenhead came into his spread he’s been hooked.
Adam comes to us from the Pittsburgh area where he lives with
his wife (who lovingly understands this snow goose sickness) and
three children (two boys and a girl) and works in finance for a
regional bank in order to bank roll his waterfowl addiction.
The passion and love of ducks and Canadas eventually
brought Adam to the “White Devils” about 8 years ago
where he learned this craft directly from James Creek Outfitters.
In addition to waterfowl, Adam also enjoys hunting just about
anything that’s in season, reloading, sporting clays, and fishing
for everything from bluegills with the kids to catfish in the river
to jigging for walleyes to wading for Smallies.

Chris "Chili Dog" Weller / Guide

Chris is 23 years old and hails from Transfer, Pa.  Chris spends most of his free time either in the swamps chasing mallards and wood ducks or corn fields shooting geese with his 4 year old lab, Ben.  Chris got into waterfowl hunting at an early age with his father and has been addicted ever since.  When not hunting, Chris works at Keystone Adolescent Center as a Case Manager.  Besides waterfowl hunting Chris enjoys hunting pheasants, turkey, and deer.  Chris has a sense of humor that will have you laughing when in the field.

Dennis Dospoy / Guide

Dennis started Gameon Goose Hunting Guide Service 3 years ago to not only help offset the  price of decoys, leases, blinds and calls but to show people what it takes to be productive at waterfowl hunting. He has been waterfowl hunting for over 10 years.  When Dennis is not in the field hunting, he is scouting. Dennis was starting to get run down with all the behind the scenes activities that come with guiding when Dennis crossed paths with Chuck.  It didn’t take long for Dennis to realize that James Creek Outfitters was the answer to his problem.  Dennis joined the JCO team of Guides in 2011 and hopes to see you in the field.
